ADHD evaluations focus on attention, executive functioning, impulsivity, and daily functioning. Autism evaluations focus on social communication, sensory differences, routines, and adaptive functioning. The two are distinct conditions, though they can share overlapping traits. Yes. ADHD and Autism can co-occur, and it is common for one to be overlooked when the other is present. A thoughtful evaluation considers overlapping conditions rather than assuming a single explanation.

A screening is a focused $300 assessment with relevant history and screening measures, plus a written report summarizing findings, clinical impressions, and recommendations for next steps. It does not automatically establish or rule out a diagnosis. A comprehensive evaluation is an in-depth $1,500 diagnostic assessment that explores developmental, personal, and mental health history in detail and, when supported by the findings, may result in a formal diagnosis. No. A professional referral is not required to request therapy, a screening, or an evaluation. Self-referrals are welcome, and professionals may also submit a referral.

Each evaluation includes a clinical interview, relevant history, and standardized measures. The specific components depend on the type of assessment and the individual’s needs. Review the general evaluation process.

We review developmental, educational, medical, and relevant history, along with standardized rating scales and measures of executive, sensory, and daily functioning. We also consider overlapping or co-occurring conditions.

Prior testing, school records, or evaluation reports are helpful but not required. If you have them, please share them so we can build on existing information.

Yes. All evaluations are conducted by telehealth for eligible individuals in Indiana, Michigan, New Hampshire, and Oregon.

We review the findings with you and, for evaluations that include one, provide a written report. We discuss recommendations and possible next steps. We do not guarantee a particular diagnosis or outcome.

An evaluation offers clarity either way. Sometimes ruling out a suspected condition or identifying another explanation is equally valuable. The findings still help guide support and next steps.

Reports may inform accommodation requests at school or work, but they do not guarantee approval. Decisions rest with the school, employer, or institution reviewing the request.

Yes. With your written authorization, we can share relevant findings with the professionals involved in your care. Outside disclosure requires appropriate authorization or another lawful basis.

No. Outside professionals receive results only when appropriately authorized by the individual or caregiver. We do not share findings without consent.

The ADHD Diagnostic Evaluation is $300, which includes the written report. Insurance may cover this evaluation depending on your individual benefits and billing requirements; we do not guarantee coverage or a specific patient payment.

The Autism Screening is $300 for adolescents and adults. It includes a focused clinical assessment, relevant history, screening measures as appropriate, and a written report.

An in-depth, individualized diagnostic assessment that may include detailed personal and developmental history, comprehensive mental health history, educational and social history, social communication and sensory patterns, executive and adaptive functioning, masking, and consideration of overlapping conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. It includes a detailed written report integrating the clinical history, assessment findings, diagnostic reasoning, conclusions, and individualized recommendations. A particular diagnosis is not guaranteed.

We encourage you to confirm your benefits with your insurer before scheduling. We accept most major commercial insurances and Medicaid/Medicare in Indiana and New Hampshire, but coverage depends on your individual plan.
